Anya Siviski is a Clairvoyant Medium and Reiki Master who began

communicating with Spirit as a child. She started honing her intuitive gift in 2017 by

working with mentors and giving intuitive readings to herself and friends and began her

intuitive work professionally in 2021. She works to guide, teach, and heal people with

the help from her Spirit Team and Wabanaki ancestors in her readings and energy

work.

Through connection with Spirit, Anya is able to hold space and offer guidance on the past, present, and future. She is able to connect with passed loved ones to help process grief and pass on messages from Spirit to help with day-to-day life. Her biggest goal is to help her clients embrace their own relationship with Spirit and their own unique gifts. Every reading is unique as every person has different needs and relationships with the spirits watching over them!

Anya lives in Portland and has passions for music, the arts, philosophy, reality television, and would choose to live under the sea if humans were allowed to do that.

Nico is a psychic reader well versed in crystals, runes, oracle, and tarot cards. With this knowledge, Nico creates a multifaceted reading called The five Elements spread. this spread can help look into the different aspects of one’s life. Nico is also a certified Reiki practitioner using his wisdom of crystals, he creates a hybrid healing system and also conducts readings through aura portraiture! Nico also is the creator and facilitator of the Arcana Mystery School, building/hosting classes and community circles to teach/guide through psychic development, crystal knowledge, witchcraft, spiritual empowerment, and co-creating further more.

Kaitlen is beyond excited to be a part of the Arcana team and brings over 10 years of massage experience to her practice. She trained at Spa Tech in 2014 and feels most in her element when she is empowering others and bringing them into alignment with their best self. With over a decade of personal development and dedication as a Massage Therapist, she has honed her skill set to continually provide my clients with the best care and consideration in mind. She enjoys using the many tools offered at Arcana to enhance appointments such as silicone cups, hot stones and Ayurvedic oil. Clients rave about her deep tissue work. Experiencing release, relaxation and restoration with Kaitlen is an experience absolutely no one regrets.

Bel has your back.. and heart! She is an experienced bodywork practitioner of four years and a Reiki Master of two, though her falling for the healing arts happened long before entering the professional sphere of somatic magic. Cold plunging, ecstatic dance, singing bowls, meditation, tarot, and palmistry were some of the practices which brought Bel to her center, allowing clarity in her decision to pursue an education in massage therapy.

She graduated from Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage in 2021 and has been adding modalities to her metaphorical backpack ever since. 

Bel especially appreciates the marrying of physically therapeutic bodywork (including cupping, hot stones, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy) with spiritual and emotional balancing practices (such as Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and aromatherapy).

Jennie or JJ is Arcana’s majority owner and director. She also proudly identifies as a person in long term Recovery from addiction and PTSD. When she’s not running our shop or yoga school, she’s hanging with her two beautiful children, working on her tiny house or chipping away at her master’s degree in social work through the University of Southern Maine. Jennie also serves as a yoga instructor and board member for Sea Change Yoga, and an adjunct professor of yoga at USM. Her training includes her 500 hour yoga teaching certification through Kripalu, time on the Sivananda ashrams, and an additional 300+ hours of yoga and meditation training and over 4,000 hours of teaching experience. She holds a BA in Psychology and Healing Arts from USM. She’s also completed a 4 year herbal apprenticeship through Wild Carrot Herbs and her Reiki 1 and 2 certifications. She also attributes much of her knowledge in plants and healing work to a group of Indigenous elders that she has had to honor of learning from for nearly 10 years. As a practitioner at Arcana she offers herbal consults, micro-dosing consults and private mentorship for yoga instructors.

Katrina is thrilled to be joining the talented group of practitioners at Arcana! Having spent years working in wellness and retreat centers, she became familiar with various healing modalities spanning cultures and centuries. From a young age, Katrina felt called to the holistic healing realm and decided to finally take the leap, chase her dreams and become a licensed massage therapist! She believes in the sacred power of human connection and looks forward to cultivating meaningful relationships with future clients. Her goal is for clients to continue to love, nourish, and support their bodies even after one of her massage sessions.

All of us have some form of body tension, dysfunction and overall stress. Katrina’s work centers around removing stuck fascia and trigger points by applying myofascial and deep tissue techniques. Yet, the true magic comes from the body’s magnificent power of healing itself. Each session is tailored to individual needs, with the goal of creating a therapeutic healing experience, to bring the body back into balance and quiet the mind. Her massage practice emphasizes the mind body connection and assists in parasympathetic nervous system activation.

Before pursuing massage, Katrina studied the ancient medicine of foot reflexology. Reflexology maintains that meridians on the feet are connected to various parts of the body and when pressure is applied there are several health benefits. When using reflexology techniques on the feet, clients have complimented Katrina’s thumb walking and foot massage.

Katrina also studies yoga and is finishing up a yoga teacher training and reiki certification.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, swimming in beautiful Coastal Maine, and spending time with her friends and family.

Daniel is a relatively new resident of Portland coming to us from northern New York state. Daniel is a graduate of North Country Community College’s 2-year Massage Therapy program. The education focused mainly on Swedish and deep tissue techniques as well as studies in Thai massage, kinesiology, remedial sports style massage, and others. As a result, Daniel’s typical massage heavily features a blend of these styles, utilizing whatever the client may be in need of at the time. 

In order to keep himself entertained, Daniel enjoys thrift store shopping, collecting and listening to records, playing guitar, as well as experiencing live music of most any variety. Daniel also enjoys most things outdoors such as camping, paddling, and rock climbing.

A student of the Eastern and Western mystery schools for over a decade, Chris bridges the gap between ancient arcana and contemporary, practical magick. A practiced Tarot reader, scryer, and ceremonial mage, he possesses the technical fluency to turn your intention into an actionable, magickal operation. With roots in Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, Hermetic Qabalah, Tarot, Egyptology, Hellenistic Theurgy, Golden Dawn, and Thelema, he utilizes a syncretic approach to magick and is highly adaptable to working with diverse aesthetics and belief systems.

Marilyn Ridley is a spiritual guide / teacher, tarot reader, numerologist, as well as an ascension and grief coach. She is a certified Psychic and Reiki master through the Edgar Cayce A.R.E. Center of N.Y.C., and a certified medium through the School of Psychic Studies of Massachusetts. Marilyn is also a certified Yoga teacher specialized in teaching trauma informed yoga. Along with her love of spiritual coaching, she teaches spiritual classes and has developed several online courses about the complexities of a spiritual awakening and the spiritual ascension process.
